  Went in thrice and never found a single employee interested in attending to or helping customers. They were always standing and chatting in groups instead of attending to customers. I needed help with my phone, which I bought a couple of months ago, and one guy at customer service told me to get it repaired at the mobile repair shop next to Freshslice, even though I told him it was still under warranty and that I pay for the protection plan. I also saw one guy waiting in the checkout queue for over 5 minutes and still wasn’t helped. He left without buying the product. Extremely disappointing

  Went in may 7th to speak with the geek squad in this location I drove 2hrs round trip as geek squad has not repaired my samsung range or my parents LG range its been over 1 month the manger promised to help us within 1 week and if not he would issue exchange its been 2 weeks and still we are left in the dark iv called bestbuy/ geeksquad 14 times only to be told id get a call back in 24-48 hrs no such calls came trans global and herbs appliances were contracted to repair and no parts or repair has come through i feel as if paying for extended warranty through geek squad is not what I was promised I would like an exchange or refund at this point will be reaching out to better business bureau as this is unacceptable i have a family to feed and can't spend another $2000 right now.
