  I bought a slow cooker online and Best Buy shipped it to my billing address instead of my Shipping address. Which would be fine if they corrected it. There is no one to talk to. You have to use their chat. Which is slow and not very helpful. I will not be buying from them again. Still waiting on my order after following up with them twice. Very dissapointed.

  I have always used Best Buy in the past and appreciated their policies especially with their phone screen protector replacement program . But recently I have noticed a decline in customers coming into the store and level of customer service has dropped to below par I don't know if it's new ownership or a lack of training with their employees but here's what happened to me that was very bad and unusual. I took my phone in to get my screen protector replaced, The Geek Squad guy ask me to unlock my phone, now why would you want to unlock my phone and have access to all my banking apps and emails and contacts and pictures ???? I found this a violation of my privacy and there's absolutely no reason why they should unlock my phone in order to change a screen protector it's completely ridiculous and now I'm worried about them selling my information or me getting scammed in the future because they have all my passcodes Beware of the Best Buy in Kamloops I feel that there's people in The Geek Squad that could be criminals or scammers do not use them going to Geek Squad is like asking the dentist to clean your teeth and he tells you to pull your pants down !?!? it's completely ridiculous ! It does not make sense I have lost my faith in Best Buy and I don't think I will ever be going back I felt unsafe and violated with the actions that they took by asking me to unlock my phone for simply putting a screen protector on . I didn't think about it at the time but it dawned on me as I left. I feel totally violated and now I'm worried that my personal banking info is floating around out in space. I also contacted their main business headquarters when I told them what happened they didn't really seem to care not only could he barely speak English but he told me to call my bank and call the police like they didn't really care it was out of their hands it sickens me that they didn't even investigate this or have their own Securities Department look into it I am so turned off of Best Buy I don't think I'll ever be going back

  I went to buy a printer yesterday and the guy came to help me was kinda rude and un propriate behavior. I bought lots of stuff from best buy but its first time someone made me disappointed.

  Very difficult to make contact with a human.i called 3 times and was completely unable to get out of the que.

  We just bought a couple of phones last week from Best Buy. Naveen was so helpful , very patient man. While he was helping us he was also helping staff. Busy place, busy guy. I went back to ask for some more help , setting things up with our phones, there was Naveen once again patiently helping out. Great employee!! Thanks Naveen
