I pre-ordered a phone at Best Buy Kamloops and was told an uncollected order automatically cancels after 3 days. 2 weeks later, it’s still active, and they refuse to cancel it over the phone or online. Every agent I speak with insists I have to drive to the store in person just to get my deposit back. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary hassle.

I’ve had to go back multiple times to get my phone plan fixed because what I originally asked for wasn’t done correctly the first time 🫠 After all the back-and-forth and inconvenience, I definitely won’t be returning as a customer. Go to Best Buy mobile in the mall they are great!
