  Wish their hours opened earlier. 11am-4:30 tues & wed is rough. Also found out you can’t order anything from the website to be shipped to the store, odd.

  very poor service, very critical of other manufacturers. I was interested in a new TV and they would only push the samsung product and nothing else. Every product has good and bad. a good honest salesperson will be knowledgeable with all products they sell and clearly they are not. I instead bought a product online which by going through all the reviews left me very happy. .People skills urgentaly required!!!!!!
