  No way to reach the store directly and customer service is a joke. A generic response doesn't make your business look any better or help your customers. As I said, the customer service line that you suggested is useless. They've told me twice that they fixed the issue but I still can not receive a call from your location.

  To the employee TREY at the phone counter, you have helped me 3 times, The first time you were so much help you left a great impression. I meant to leave a review, but it slipped my mind, I’ve now been helped two more times by Trey and there’s no way I can forget to leave a review for the most helpful kind and smart employee. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, Really made something painful like renewing a phone plan easy and I’ve left with a smile every time! Because of Trey, I will be back more than I would’ve otherwise! Keep it up dude! It’s the little things that brighten this world

  Man, these big box stores sure are doing their best to lose customers left and right. Multiple trips into this store because it says they have the product I need in stock. Get there and associates can’t find it even though it clearly lists it in stock. Best part is you can no longer call an individual store to physically make sure the thing you’re wanting to buy is actually there before driving down. Invest your hard earned dollars with stores that actually care.

  Had a great relationship with this store as the old geek squad crew was amazing and the definition of customer service. The current geek squad employeee lied to my face and handed me my computer case back with all backwards fans. Cpu cooler on the wrong direction and not working. Seemed annoyed when i brought it back. Horrible service. Me and some locals have a petition going to vancouver office.
