  No phone number to reach a employee. Some employees are knowledgeable and professional. Tried checking online for a geek Squad update. But get a bot that continues to ask the same thing. If you can t drive or walk to the end of the store. Its difficult.

  I got a phone number and activated a phone last Friday. I had really excellent experience. Khash was incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we understood all the details, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Khash, for making the experience so smooth and pleasant!

  Wouldn’t buy here again. I spend tens, to hundreds of thousands a year here but they randomly change the return policies in order to take advantage of you. Anywhere else is better.

  All is well and the new layout looks great. I just miss the times when staff would know product information versus using Google while directly infront on the customer.. I mean, the customer could do that too but....
