  I ordered a couple devices online for pickup and when I got there I had to wait like 15 minutes there's never anybody at the counters and the reason I pre-ordered what's the save time but this is not that different Best Buys Mattoon press a lot of employees walking around but nobody to help people check out

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy, and I want to thank the amazing team for their outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Ehsan for leading such a supportive and professional team in mobile section. I also want to recognize Monique( if spelled correctly), who truly went above and beyond to help me. She treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and a warm smile throughout the entire process. She helped me trading my phone with Iphone 17 pro max! What stood out to me was that her kindness didn’t feel like something she was doing just because it was part of her job. It felt sincere, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help. That level of care is rare and made my experience so much better. Thank you, Ehsan, Monique, and Nima and the entire team for making my visit such a positive one. Your professionalism and genuine care are greatly appreciated!

  I had an excellent experience with Omid and Ehsan at the Mobility department in Best Buy Coquitlam. They were both incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. Their outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to help made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you, Omid and Ehsan, for all your help. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Best Buy Coquitlam Mobility department!
