Absolutely terrible service and decision making from Team Leader "Somali?"
Ordered 5 TV"S, took one on day of purchase and came back for the other 4 later in the week. This Team Leader gets a couple of her workers to bring the TV's up on a dolly/cart. I advised her I didn't need to load them into my car as I was dropping them off in a store located in the same mall. As we were at the mall entrance, it was literally 100ft to the elevator and a few hundred feet to the store. She said no, we can't do that. I asked her why, and mention I have done this in the past several times with no issues. She first cites it's a security risk (in a mall, with security?) and then when I question her about what the risk is, she decides to tell me the cart isn't allowed on mall property. I know this is crap, as I work often in this and many other malls and there's no reason why they would ban them.
I explained to her I'd have to walk 10 minutes to the other side of the mall, get my vehicles, try and squeeze these TV's in, and then drive 30 seconds away and unload them all myself instead of just allowing these 2 guys to help me for all of 2 minutes to drop them off downstairs.
Absolutely dumbfounded, will not return there ever.

I live near this Best Buy location, so it was only logical for me to go there when no one at Store #929 answered the phone after I had been calling for about an hour. I wasn't asking that store to resolve the transaction directly—| was simply looking for guidance and assistance on the proper steps to take, since they are part of the same company. I called Best Buy Customer Service, and they gave me two options. One of them was to contact the store because the transaction was still pending and they might be able to cancel the purchase before it was completed.
Instead, my experience was very concerning.
The employee called the store manager or supervisor, whose name is SONALI. After I explained that I was the victim of an unauthorized transaction I showed her the pending purchase in my app and was simply looking for guidance, her response was, "It's your fault. You bought it." She repeatedly insisted that I had made the purchase myself, even after I explained that my account is new that I never made any purchase and I have never been to that location. It's far from where | live.
Rather than listening or trying to help, she continued to tell me that no one had used my card and that I was the one responsible. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and confrontational.
She also told me that nothing could be done.
However, when I explained that Best Buy Customer Service had specifically told me that a pending order could potentially be cancelled by the store, she gradually changed her response as I described what Customer Service had told me.
What concerns me the most is that, instead of helping prevent fraud or guiding a customer through the proper process, it felt as though she was trying to discourage any attempt to resolve the issue.
If she was unaware of Best Buy's own procedures, then I believe additional training is needed for store managers. If she did know the procedures, then her handling of the situation was completely unacceptable.
I'm not only reporting the unauthorized transaction, but also the way I was treated while seeking assistance. I expected professionalism, empathy, and accurate information from a store manager, and unfortunately I received none of those.

I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Coquitlam today thanks to Zahan. We went in to buy an Apple Watch, and Zahan took the time to explain all the available options and the features of each model. He was patient, owledgeable, and made sure we understood everything before making our decision. His outstanding customer service made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable.
We will definitely recommend Zahan to all of our friends and family who are looking for great service at Best Buy. Thank you, Zahan!

that man named Nima in mobile is horrible. I explained to him multiple times that my phone is a save and return phone and yet he did not return my phone and after I asked him he claimed that I did not mention anything to him and instead of saying sorry he played the victim and he said in all my years of working I have never made any mistakes and he just walked away. For someone who claims that they work in the mobile industry for many years he knows nothing. He is absolutely horrible and the worst costumer service I have ever seen. But everyone else who helped me was great. Only he was the problem and should be dealt with. He costed me $800

Whatever you do, do not purchase from Best Buy, especially not from this location.
I had a missing piece from an electronic I purchased which was brand new and never used. She assured me that the exchange policy limit won’t apply in my case and she’ll have the part ordered for me.
When I gave her my receipt number she outright refused it and said “her” limit was 2 months, though this isn’t what she originally stated when I asked to clarify. I knew I should’ve recorded her, because she lied in my face. She’s the old Indian manager named Katika. She was also very rude, cold, and has zero sense of customer service. According to her managerial position lying to customers faces is totally fine! Thank God the particular brand has a warranty, so I’ll be contacting the brand directly in regards to this part. The old Indian lady needs to be fired!
