  I asked staff for directions. Then she made a phone call and insisted I follow her... While patiently waiting for her to give her personal information over the phone arms length away, I started to wonder around and look for another sales person, when I found another worker I asked him where can I find the GPUs selection and he rudely answered we don't sell GPUs. Like this is best buy not a candy store of course you sell GPUs and he rudely stated again that they don't... Where do you guys your sales people? Seems like all the want to do is walk around for 8 hrs and talk on their phones...

  I visited Coquitlam Best Buy yesterday planning to purchase Microsoft Word and get a technician to look at my laptop’s low storage issue. Misagh helped me with both, and exceeded all expectations. He made sure I got the correct Word package for my needs, then tackled the storage issue head-on. He freed up space, optimized my laptop, installed Word, and tested it to make sure everything worked perfectly. His technical knowledge was outstanding, but his patience and genuine care really stood out. He treated the problem like it mattered to him personally. Because of Misagh, what could’ve been a frustrating day turned into a 5-star experience. Best Buy is lucky to have him.

  0 star to Best Buy Coquitlam floor manager Joy from TV section. I came here yesterday to enquire about exchanging my Tv to a bigger one and encountered a good guy named Josh at a the TV sales section. The tv that I was looking for was out of stock and the price had gone up from the time I had selected it in another outlet. He was kind enough to offer a decent discount to meet halfway of the previous discount. The next day which is today when I walked into bestbuy I unfortunately met with Josh manager who gave me a higher price (although yesterday he was the one who had approved this price to Josh) and when I explained my yesterday’s conversation with Josh to his manager he said he can honor the price promised only if I go for a 4 yr protection plan which will cost another 479$ extra. This is so unethical and not customer centric. I mean his executive Josh was able to do a better job than Joy in handling my issue. He did not even allow us to return our tv in this center as it was purchased on financing option from Surrey outlet. We are told any Best Buy can take returns or exchange but the reality seems different. Very disappointing.

  What a terrible experience, I came here on saturday april 25 and was trying to return a item and a girl named Gorlin was attending me. She had a very bad temper and attitude and her customer service was awful, my friends also experienced with her and they said that gorlin was awful. Please read this as i want to not see her in the store any longer.

  I had a great experience with Nima at Best Buy Coquitlam when I went in to upgrade my phone. His customer service was superb made and he the whole process feel simple. What I really appreciated was how honest and informative he was. He didn’t just try to sell me something — he actually listened to what I needed and helped me find the best option without any pressure. Nima was also very efficient and made sure everything was taken care of quickly, while still making sure I understood each step. I left feeling confident with my upgrade and really satisfied with the service. I’d recommend Nima if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!
