  I had an excellent experience with “Omid” at Best Buy Coquitlam. He was incredibly patient and kind when explaining to my 11-year-old son why the scooter wasn’t suitable for his age. Communicating with kids can be challenging, but Omid handled it with impressive patience and professionalism. He was also proactive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explore alternatives and find a great phone plan deal for us. His dedication and outstanding customer service truly stood out!

  My 18 year big old home computer with huge CPU (I think it's called) finally died recently. It had a good life but it was time to get with the program so I purchased a new laptop yesterday. 😀 The salesperson was great. Excellent sale on. Laptop was loaded/prepped for me last night & I came in today to sit with Ali for an hour. He was SO patient & I didn't leave until I fully understood everything. Came home, everything worked fine. 🙂 I'm back online again & wow..... talk about fast! I didn't realize how used to a slow computer I'd become. I'm SO happy as I'm almost 60 & HATE technology but I'm so glad for the services of Geek Squad & Ali. It made my experience really great & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.😊

  Best Buy, Best Service ... I am very grateful that BB has consistently helped me sort out my questions, doubts, over the years, and have done this with care and respect. Yesterday was another example. As soon as I came in, Gautam approached me with a big smile and connected me with Baquer, electronics dept. I am NOT tech knowledgeable, so every time I had a question, he either answered it or checked it out with his app for the correct answer. He was attentive and honest. I felt 'seen and heard,' something that I didn't feel in the other two BIG stores I had previously visited in the same mall, the same day, when looking for the same product: to purchase a tablet. At Best Buy, sales attendants LOOK at you and come towards you, with an attitude of 'I'm here to help.' I hope this message is supported by all the customers who, like me, have had the same frustrating experience when purchasing electronics. For me, this has not been 'one lucky day.' Over the years, same experience, and always satisfied with the service and the products. Thank you again!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased an iPhone and a phone plan from Best Buy, and I had a great experience. A special thank you to Omid for his outstanding customer service. He spent a lot of time helping me, patiently explained all the available options, and helped me find a really great deal that worked best for me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and never made me feel pressured. It’s employees like Omid who make a real difference and make shopping at Best Buy a much better experience. I truly appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you need assistance with a phone or mobile plan. And for my fellow Iranian/Persian customers, it’s especially nice to have someone who speaks your language and can clearly explain the different plans and deals available.
