    Nilu Nilu at the Apple Store in Coquitlam Centre. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely determined to solve the issue with my iPhone. She told me it was the first time she had encountered this particular problem, but instead of giving up, she took the time to investigate and work through it until we found a solution. Nilu also guided me in downloading the Apple Support app and showed me how I could use it to learn more about my device and get help in the future. Her patience, dedication, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience a positive one. Thank you, Nilu!

    It’s easy to write a negative review but hardly does a positive experience ever get the recognition it deserves. I had a fabulous experience with this particular store and the attentiveness, quality and timely service was outstanding. These experiences further enhance my business with apple and they never disappoint. Keenan the manager who listened to me, heard my concerns was attentive at every step completely changed the situation from a negative one to a positive one. These sort of experiences stay with people and I appreciate that. I will continue to shop apple just because their customer service level is top notch! Thank you Keenan and the team at the Coquitlam Center.

    I wanted to recognize Carrie at Apple- Coquitlam Center for the outstanding service she provided during both of my recent visits. The first time, Carrie helped me with a purchase and made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The second time I came in needing assistance with AppleCare, and once again Carrie went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my issue was resolved. It’s rare to consistently receive such excellent customer service, but Carrie delivered it both times. Carrie is a true asset to Apple. Her friendliness, expertise, and willingness to help are exactly what customer service should look like. Thank you, Carrie, for making both of my experiences so positive!

    I waited more than 20 minutes for a simple Apple case, and nobody offered any help. After all that waiting, a staff member told me that waiting 15 minutes is normal. For a company like Apple, this level of customer service is unacceptable. This was by far the worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

    I went to the Apple Store to broken AirPod on the weekend. During my first visit, I was told that I needed to bring in the charging case before they could help me. This meant making another trip. When I returned three days later with the case and attended my appointment, the process was very straightforward. They sold me the replacement AirPod, placed it in my case, and I was on my way. No diagnostics, verification, or pairing were required at the store. I was simply told that the pairing process could be done after I charged the case using a USB-C cable. After providing feedback about my experience, I received a call explaining that the reason they required the case was to ensure they sold me the correct AirPod. However, during my initial visit, I had already confirmed that I owned only one pair of AirPods Pro and that I needed a replacement for the left AirPod. I appreciated the follow-up call and apology, but the situation still resulted in an unnecessary extra trip and wasted time that could have been avoided with clearer guidance from the start. The overall experience felt inefficient for what ultimately turned out to be a very simple transaction.
