  Good experience at the Apple Store at the Coquitlam Mall today. Kalvin helped me decide the perfect Apple watch to buy my wife for her birthday, I was expecting to be in store for at least an hour, but thankfully everything was all done in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

  FRAUD If I could I would no star. I got a screen protector from Apple Store in this location for about 60$ and they said life time warranty but after 6 months Belkin said no we have no this policy and we had never told Apple Store that we have this policy, from the other party which is Apple, they said we would not do anything. So now I paid 60$ for 10 $ cheap screen protector from Apple Store because I trust Apple, I didn’t know Belkin company!!! Apple is cheating people and takes advantage of people by supporting Belkin. FRAUD

  I have always been an Apple fan, which is why I was so disappointed by my experiences at this store. The first time, I came here to buy a phone for my family. We waited for more than 10 minutes, and no one came to help us. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for assistance. They asked us to wait at one of the tables, but again, nobody came. In the end, I still bought the phone because I have always trusted Apple and didn’t want to make a complaint. Today was my second disappointing experience. Once again, the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful. After what happened the first time, I decided I needed to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was on a break, so I waited. After waiting for quite a while, I asked again to speak with a manager. Instead of simply helping me, an employee asked, “Which manager?” How would a customer know the names of the managers? I was simply asking to speak with any manager to make a complaint. I expect much better customer service from Apple. As a loyal Apple customer, I found this experience frustrating and disappointing. I hope Apple management team takes customer feedback seriously and improves the service at this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. The store seemed seriously understaffed, and I had to wait a very long time before anyone was available to help me. When a staff member finally came over, they didn’t give me their full attention because they were trying to assist multiple customers at the same time. As a result, I didn’t get the help I needed. I expect much better customer service from Apple, especially considering the premium experience the brand is known for. I hope they improve their staffing and customer service so future customers don’t have the same experience.

  Was lucky enough to score an appointment here yesterday to deal with an issue on my Apple Watch. Kalvin helped me out and he was incredible!!! He ran a full diagnosis, went above and beyond what I expected, and got my watch taken care of and sent off to get fixed right away. Huge shoutout to Kalvin for making the whole experience so easy and seamless!!!
