  Tried 5 times to place a pick up order because I am disabled I can’t go to the store just to check. Try to call and they won’t actually let you call stores to talk so there’s just no accessible way for disabled people to shop here.

  Do Not support this store whatsoever. Ordered a new washer and dryer and a stove. They charged a $140 disconnection fee to Literally unplug and disconnect the old washer and dryer. They then delivered and refused to install until we got new hoses which the store didn’t tell us we would need. . Got the new hoses and the trying to reschedule the new delivery/install called 5 different Best Buy numbers and kept getting the run around told to call the store directly. The store direct phone number is an automated voice telling you to go online or in store or call head office. On Saturday when we got the hoses from chilliwack store the manager assured us someone would be by today Tuesday. Now they’re saying a week. By far the worst customer service and experience ever.

  Definitely not what it used to be, my last three visits I’ve walked out due to not being able to get what I thought they had. Missing the old future shops for sure, missing the solid warranty programs they used to offer, geek squad just doesn’t do it like it used to be. None of the warranty makes any sense anymore and would be a big waste of money. I wont shop here anymore as if you need anything as far as a major appliance or anything it’s never in stock anyway. Too many issues in the last few years of trying to do business here, but I never seem to be satisfied with the end results. Like since when do you not even carry car audio equipment and supplies. Used to be the go to place. Now you guys just don’t carry anything that’s needed anymore. Oh well, c’est la vie.

  I liked Best Buy more when it had a greater inventory in DVD and Blu-ray videos. Now, there is not much to look at or even buy. Some of their products are overpriced. The Chilliwack location basically has the stuff as the one in abbotsford. I do like their selection of Bluetooth headphones.

  Although our visit was on June 17, 2026, we only recently found our receipt, so we wanted to make sure these two amazing employees received the recognition they deserve. Nitheela and Akshitca provided exceptional customer service while helping us purchase three new cell phones and plans. Even after their shifts had ended, they stayed to ensure everything was set up correctly and that all of our questions were answered. They were patient, knowledgeable, kind, and never made us feel rushed. They also made sure we received $600 in Best Buy gift cards, which was an incredible bonus and really added to our experience. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and we truly appreciated their dedication and professionalism. Nitheela and Akshitca went above and beyond, and we wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve, even if it's a little late. Thank you both for making our experience such a positive one. Best Buy is fortunate to have you on its team! Highly recommend!!
