  Went in to replace my lighting cable for my phone. “Alisha” promptly checked on me to see if I needed any help , showing me options that would work. Although they did not have the item I was looking for , she took time to help me order them , helped with cleaning of my charger port & also gave me tips on iPhone best practices which I truly appreciate! Thank you for great customer service!

  I just talked to Olivia and she is nicest person, I’ve talked too. Helped me find what I was looking for and even without having to put much effort. She kept everything ready for me so that I don’t have to explore much. Thanks Olivia and she should get raise for her customer service.

  Had an amazing experience at the Apple Store, especially with Camilo! I came in with a cracked screen on my MacBook, and he was immediately so helpful, kind, and accommodating. He took the time to understand my situation, explain my options, and make sure I knew what to do if I ever encountered a similar issue. He was incredibly patient and made me feel taken care of rather than rushed through the process. Camilo has such great vibes and is a FANTASTIC representation of Apple. I really hope he gets recognized for his amazing customer service! 👍⭐️

  I would like to give a special thank you to JP for his help and professionalism. I came in with a difficult situation, and I truly appreciate that he didn’t simply listen to my concerns — he took the time to understand the situation and ultimately resolved the issue in my favor. Despite the circumstances, JP was patient, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Thanks to him, what could have been a frustrating experience ended on a very positive note. Thank you so much for treating customers with such care! It’s especially refreshing to meet someone who genuinely tries to find a solution rather than simply saying, “There’s nothing we can do.” JP is a true professional!

  Very poor customer service!!!! Sales representative left and help other customers while I’m in the middle of my order. He said he will be back in 5 minutes and never came back. After 30 minutes of waiting, I need to get another representative to help me with the order. Very unprofessional!
