  ⭐️ 1 Star Very bad experience with Gordon. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional customer service. He was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant odor during the interaction. I expected much better service from Apple.

  I book an appointment for battery replacement and when the day of my scheduled due. No repair done only diagnostic and I have told to comeback the next week for repair and no appointment first come first serve basis. So what is the purpose of making an appointment???????

  The staff is super knowledgeable, it’s great if you have a lot of questions to get out of the way with clear explanations on the products. The reason for missing a star, the stores customer line leads to outside the store, all around the escalator area. The customers standing in line block the people that are passing by in the mall. I saw the release of the new IPhone recently, and there were hundreds of people waiting outside the store blocking off the walking area in the mall. Besides that, great store.

  i went in today to buy an iphone, my credit card wasnt working because i only had the digital so i ordered pick up instead. the lady helping me said i could pick it up in a couple hours then left to go help another customer. so i waited because i was already there. the pick up time said 7:30-7:45 after the time past nothing happened so i went back in and waited thinking i COULD get it today as the lady said so. Eventually it was 8:30 and still nothing, the store closes at 9pm and finally someone said i just have to come another day. i wasted a whole day to get a phone and didnt get it.

  These guys are chumps, my phone stopped working today, lost cellular service, the “genius” kept telling me my phone is too old at 4 years and needs an upgrade. I thought they didn’t even work on commission, what gives? Kept saying my E sim failed even though I never use one. Anyways I discovered my phone needed a firmware update, how could they miss that? I’m appalled by the lack of know how it to work at a “genius bar” lol. 1 star because they seen me before my appointment time. These guys are hacks!
