Went to CIBC and got cash and phoned CIBC and my card was fine. I thought afterwards how the Indian pressed something on his device just before I put in my pin. He DELIBERATELY declined the card. Then I took the TV home and it didn't work. 100% they dropped it hard. I return it, and the kid dropped an end on the exchanged tv. ABSOLUTELY a case of DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!
