He is very funny and kept us amused in conversation the whole time. It takes time for transfers but Michael kept us laughing and time flew by. Also Michael was very knowledgeable that helped make the process easier and quicker. I have dealt with alot of Verizon techs over my 22 years with Verizon and Michael is one of the best. Did not help them (let them leave with non-working phone) and tried to charge them $40 for an esim for an account that is already being paid for.... Shameful way to treat a 70+ yr old.
