  I very satisfied with t h e customer service I got with Verizons Total Wireless prepaid mobile service. The very best part being the complementary protective case AND tempered glass screen protector they installed on my phone to be fair. This is the first time I've been disappointed with total wireless - But I it is a BIG disappointment. When according to Google it is during the normal operating hours for the business in my location. But the phone number provided by Google goes straight to voicemail without a single ring and I'm 99% sure I can't leave a message. Whether the failure is on the part of Verizon total wireless or is the fault of google... e I ther way this is completely inexcusable!!!!

  Caesar is the guy to go to! Anytime I've needed help with my phone he always takes care of it. Thank you for all of your help

  Caesar was really helpful. He was able to set up my daughter’s phone and transfer all of her information! Great work
