The very best part being the complementary protective case AND tempered glass screen protector they installed on my phone to be fair. This is the first time I've been disappointed with total wireless - But I it is a BIG disappointment. When according to Google it is during the normal operating hours for the business in my location. But the phone number provided by Google goes straight to voicemail without a single ring and I'm 99% sure I can't leave a message. Whether the failure is on the part of Verizon total wireless or is the fault of google... e I ther way this is completely inexcusable!!!!
