They all worked hard and fast to save my dog’s life after being hit by a car. They went over and beyond in treatment care. Thank y’all so much for helping me!

I want to start off by saying I'm not a review type of person, however the entire staff here was so wonderful that I felt they deserved to be complimented and recognized. They were all so genuinely caring in a time that was very hard for us. They made the process as easy as possible and did it with such dignity and compassion. When we walked in the first person we came into contact with was Travis at the front counter. He was so genuinely apologetic as we just lost our family friend. He explained everything with such compassion that we knew we came to the right place, and from there every staff member was just absolutely wonderful. Thank you to everyone there. You all are greatly appreciated.

Don't come here for emergencies. Waited an exhausting 6 hours. And the hospital didnt have hardly any other patients but was full of staff. So it doesn't make sense as to why they would take so long.

I've been there 4 times. Each time I go I'm amazed at the complete absence of critical thinking. The first time my dogs were throwing up/ dehydrated/ parvo. They kept one, who survived after thousands. The other one they sent home with chewable meds for nausea. Didn't work at all. They could have given liquid which doesn't need to be broken down by the stomach, or a shot. The next time my puppy broke her leg. After x- rays they said she would need a $5k surgery, or $3k amputation. I needed a second opinion, so took her home. They put a splint on her that caused every movement and all the weight, to be centered right where the break was. I took it off, consulted UCDavis, and now she is the fastest 4 legged dog we have. The most recent visit was my German shepherd who got run into by an rv. Her nose, teeth and right below her eye were affected. Blood everywhere. Despite being told where she was hit, they wanted lung x rays and also sent home with chewable antibiotics. Her mouth is bleeding/ bruised and she is supposed to chew those or have me stick them down her throat. So I had to get oral suspension separately. Suggested euthanasia because of pain, but gives chewable meds that cause more pain. She's fine now. I don't understand the thinking at this place.

I’m usually cautious about going to emergency vets because they can be very expensive, but when it comes to our fur babies you do what you have to do. I brought my dog here because she seemed to be in pain, and I was worried something serious might be going on. What I appreciated most was their honesty. They evaluated her and reassured me that she was okay and could wait to see our regular vet. They even explained that there were other dogs with more urgent emergencies who needed immediate care. That kind of integrity really stood out to me. They took the time to look at my dog, answered my concerns, and didn’t charge me anything. Many places would have easily billed $75 or more just for the evaluation. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Especially the young woman with the Toy Story Crocs. That level of compassion matters a lot when choosing a place to trust with your pets. I’m very grateful for their honesty and care
