  We did business at the Town and Country Center on Coffee Road and Stockdale Highway. Eddie handled our phone upgrades. He explained everything for us quite well. His professionalism was top notch. He is a credit to the Verizon Brand.

  First I placed a preorder on my phone and it was canceled and I spent the rest of the day reordering. Then when my phone was delivered it was delivered and given to the wrong house and I had to reorder the phone again. My new phone was delivered to the wrong Verizon store and that store isn’t even open during their regular hours. Preordering my phone has been an absolute nightmare. I work 4 12hr shifts a week and thought this would be an easy and convenient way to get my new phone and it’s been a bigger source of stress than going into the store the day the phones released would have been.

  I’m extremely disappointed with how things turned out at this location. We placed an order online, but when we arrived, we were told it couldn’t be activated and that we had to create a new account in person. We were promised our bill would be around $50–$60 with no extra features, which we made very clear. Instead, our first bill came back over $100 with added features we never asked for. Now I have to spend two hours on the phone with Verizon to fix something that should have been handled honestly in-store. It feels like the salesperson pushed extras just to get a bonus. I would expect this kind of shady tactic from a mall kiosk, not a Verizon store.
