    Dear Verizon ] Customer Support, I am writing to bring to your attention a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience I recently had at one of your stores. I believe this situation requires immediate review and resolution. Approximately 15 days ago, I visited your store to purchase the 17 Pro Max. During the discussion, I clearly stated that I would only proceed with the device under a $0 down payment agreement. Your staff confirmed this and, in addition, strongly encouraged me to also purchase a tablet with a minimal payment. I agreed and received the tablet on the same day, with the understanding that I would receive the phone approximately 7 days later. However, when I returned to the store to pick up the phone, I was unexpectedly informed that I would need to pay a $1,300 down payment. This was never communicated to me during the initial agreement. Had I been told this earlier, I would never have entered into the contract or leased a device for $100. I spent nearly three hours in the store seeking clarification or a solution, but your staff failed to provide any support or explanation. The following day, due to this misleading information, I decided to return the tablet as well. Instead of assisting me, the staff dismissed me, told me to “go to another branch,” and made mocking remarks as I was leaving. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and far below the level of professionalism expected from your company.

    A person named Marco/mario works here. When I went there for my work, he encouraged me to get a new phone and I ordered a new phone, but I went three times to get that phone. They didn't give me the phone and kept saying that your phone hasn't arrived yet. And a friend of mine who goes and gets his phone the same day even though he didn't even order it.
