  I worked with Harjot for a few weeks to secure some phones to transfer my plan from one provider to Verizon and I cannot stress how pleased I am with his and their support to get the transfer done. They were helpful throughout the whole process and even after the transfer was complete. I recommend this place to anyone looking to transfer to Verizon. A+ service and professionalism.

  The Panama Lane Verizon store in Bakersfield stands out as the most exceptional I have encountered. I visited the store solely to compare prices and discovered that Verizon offered a more favorable plan. So I decided to switch from AT&T, which was charging me a lot compared to Verizon. I am grateful to Josue for his assistance in making the switch as smooth as possible and providing excellent customer service.

  His customer service was subpar at best, he was very cocky. He charged me $40 cash, took the promotion off my line of ‘bring your own device’ and didn’t help connect the line. Wish I could give them a negative star.
