My family and I upgraded our phones and I had returned one of ours they took the phone no receipt or nothing said I was good to go then later charged me for it. I went back in to see what was going on and they wasted 3 hrs of my time and did absolutely nothing. All the employees just gather around a table and laugh and talk pretending to do work. Tyra was the one that “took care of me that day” and did absolutely nothing but waste my time. She said things were resolved and I would get a credit back and that she would call me to confirm Never did! I had to go back another time to resolve that same problem. These people are absolutely useless. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
