When I got home I was having a hard time setting it up, I called the 800 number several times and they kept hanging up on me because they said I didnt have an account. At this point I was pissed so I called the store I spoke with Mary she was very helpful and had my phone set up in less the 10 minutes. As customer services seems to be a thing of the past I appreciate Mary taking the time to turn my experience with verizon around. Thank you Mary for turning a horrible experience into a great one.

Dear RICHARD SCHNEER, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. This email confirms the resolution of the items we discussed, and that the following transactions have been made to your account. Mary forgot that Verizon customer service was on the line when she falsely accused, for the second time, of threatening her. Email from Verizon CS Hi Richard. This is to confirmed with the recent conversation together with Mary (Manager/Assistant Manager) that it was clearly stated that Mr. Richard just only stating they will just go to the store to speak with a manager to clear up the situation about his mother in law who waited almost an hour just to get a physical sim card but the store did not provide. On our conversation Mr. Richard did not threat Mary and Mary was the one who was so rude and dropped the call. For this situation I hope it will address and resolve properly in a professional way. As a part of the policy that Verizon customer can get a physical sim card with no cost. Thank you.
