- RLRadiant LobsterMar 5, 20251.0Around December or November of 2024, I had brought my laptop in to get diagnostics run and they gave us a deal on a 1tb ssd to add to my laptop. When I had recieved it back they had stripped 3 screws and lost 2 on the bottom of my gaming laptop. These idiots that claim they work in “IT” are not actual IT professionals and I believe I have more experience than they do. They DO NOT care about how your device is treated and don’t surprise if you recieve your device back broken. FYI most don’t even fix it on site, they send it to HQ to be serviced

I took my phone to get the back camera fixed on my phone, they took about 1hr or so, I went home because they said all I had to do was log in with my I cloud. When they gave me “my phone” it was completely wiped out like a new phone. I go into the home and I have “no service” I go back to Best Buy in the morning they said “that’s odd” I couldn’t use “my phone” with my service provider because it wasn’t compatible with my service. I go to check the box from my iPhone when I purchased it, turns out they had gaven me a different phone. I go back and they tried acting like they didn’t know when they did. Even the manager was surprised they did they. DONT TAKE ANYTHING TO GET REPAIRED AT GEEK SQUAD!
