The excuse was I changed the password 🤣ðŸ˜...In September 2025 I went to BOOST MOBILE I got Samsung Galaxy A16 It worked long enough for to put in my Google account and call my mom after that nothing.. (Both stores are on Niles Street in Bakersfield CA.)The Screen wouldn't even open...I saw a GOOGLE Post saying these phones have Screen Issues . I called Samsung They Admitted the A16 has Screen but how would they know it was something I didn't do ? I cried like a baby and now I can't find them to put in a Kiosk 😡ðŸ˜.$300.00 worth of NOTHING ðŸ˜
