Took home, charged it up and it had major stick drift. Had to return it for a new one off the shelf. Last time I ever order anything online from this place.
- RAR ADec 27, 20252.0Best Buy Refurbished Apple Watch Ultra – Misleading I ordered two refurbished Apple Watch Ultras expecting to receive what was advertised. While the watches themselves look fine, Best Buy cheaply swapped out the original Ultra bands for low-quality, generic bands. This wasn’t clearly disclosed and feels intentionally misleading. You expect an Ultra watch to come with an Ultra band — not a cheap replacement used to justify a lower price. The downgrade is obvious and unacceptable for a product marketed as premium, even refurbished. If you’re okay with getting a knockoff-quality band, then fine. If not, be aware you are not receiving the full Ultra package. This experience has completely killed my trust in ordering refurbished items from Best Buy that I can’t inspect in person.

Wait times for repairs or returns can be very long especially if there is only one person at the time, other than that great service and products! Great place to get your electronics, appliances and smart home goods. Also, love that you can price match and memberships are so worth it for your warranties!

I was shopping for headphones for my daughters birthday and they were excellent in getting exactly what I needed even when the store was full. Great place to shop for your electronic needs, super clean, staff is attentive as you walk in and even when the store is busy, its organized and the staff is super knowledgeable in the products they sell. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Trent and Richard B! My daughter was so happy with her gift.
