- ESEvangelene Saunders4 days ago5.0I HIGHLY recommend Verizon and specifically this location in Auburn because I have been in two days this week and met a few of the staff, they are SO sweet, determined, and relatable to get you what you want/need at a timely and affordable manner. I mentioned being on a budget due to going to Cosmo school shortly and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with me. I have never been happier with my devices and customer service ever at a phone store. No one likes the process of switching to a new device but with awesome staff that make you feel comfortable, heard, and full attention on you the entire time, it makes it so fun and exciting! Again, thank you guys so much 🫶 1000% recommend. (I believe the staff members today were Milo and Keilani)

I went back to the Auburn store and talked to Keilani and told her what had happened. She took the time to look up the transaction and said it was done wrong and apologized for the error. She took the time to explain the error that had been done with the Verizon offices and they were able to fix the issue. Keilani was a great help and I received my original discount and got my higher internet speed back to what it was before. Thank you Keilani!
