    Milo gave excellent customer service. The days before he helped me I was having many issues with shipping communication. Not being able to talk to some one at the store is extremely frustrating in this situation. It was an outside agency who would try to help but the issue I was having was an internal shipping/receiving issue.

    The young man working the counter for us was, very pleasant and smart, didn’t try to upsell or change our minds on what we wanted. This store had a bad rating, but has changed managers and employees and seems to be exactly what you would like to see when getting a new phone!
