One of her coworkers, a man whose name I didn't get, arrived and began talking to a senior lady about her problem. He was extremely loud, and my husband heard him making fun of this lady for not being able to figure out her issue. I was trying to talk to Alex about our problem, and this man was so very loud and rude that I couldn't hear her. Ultimately she was unable to fix the situation, but gave us contact info for someone who could. We were glad to leave, and will never return. If that man worked for me, I'd fire him.
