Each of them is so, so nice, patient and professional. One of them solves it within minutes, but somehow they don't make me feel stupid. They should be running the company. Their service is part of the reason I'm still with Verizon. Such great, great customer service. It's rare today. They stand above. Give them a raise. BTW, I'm not a relative. They're just that good. - KKKeith KaniaOct 11, 20251.0Workers don’t know what they are doing and blindly say yes when you ask very clear questions and then blame you when it completely messes up your lines saying they explained it, even though you reiterated it to ensure you understand and they just say yes, constantly left to ask manager in different room questions took hours had to call manager in not because staff was rude just insanely incompetent worst experience I’ve ever had with a store, they also verified things wouldn’t occur and all was good and then come to show were completely wrong and had to go back, never going to this one again will stick to the one next to home depot

They are not only crooks they also have very little knowledge about their cell phones. The only reason I gave them one star is my comments wouldn't be published without a star.
