While we we there we decided that we needed some new appliances. The service, attention, and patience of a young lady named Alex was absolutely top tier. I had no intention of purchasing the appliances from Best Buy. However, after my experience last night, I'll be going back in when Alex is in to make the purchase.

Big online stores will take best buy out in a matter of a few more years just like they took out circuit city how the times are changing!
