I bought a Fitbit watch on Black Friday and the first one was defective brought it back two days later second one was defective decided to switch to a Samsung watch and it wouldn't do me the honor of letting me have the Black Friday price on a Samsung watch and told me they would not do it had to pay full price and I decided not to not very good customer service and the manager was absolutely arrogant I'll never step foot in Best Buy again I went back and asked the manager if they would give me the Black Friday price because they inconvenience me by giving me two defective items and they still said no so I am done
