    The AI is horrible. I cannot get incontact with the store, it keeps transferring me to an online support that has no information to help me. Although the people are professional and nice they gave me the wrong extension that doesn't work, or the AI can't even process an extension to call the store. Best buy needs to upgrade their AI or get rid of it.

    I ordered a gaming laptop from the Best Buy website on January 29, with an expected delivery date of February 10. However, it was marked as delivered on February 6 at approximately 1:00 PM, five days earlier than scheduled. Later that same afternoon, around 3:00 PM, the delivery driver returned and took the package from my doorstep. As a result, I never received the laptop. I contacted Best Buy and waited for the outcome of their investigation. I was later informed that they could not provide a reshipment or refund and was advised to contact local law enforcement and my bank. I filed a police report, and the police recommended that I continue pursuing the matter directly with Best Buy. As a consumer, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled and expect a reasonable resolution. I am requesting a refund or replacement, as the issue occurred during the delivery process arranged by Best Buy!

    Complaint about Best Buy - I purchased a warranty that was sold as free replacement of the cell phone screen protector should it crack. When I went to replace the cracked screen protector, I was advised (flippantly by store manager Tanya) that Best Buy changed their policy and I will have to pay $7.99 now. I attempted to reason that this was wrong, and she advised me (flippantly again) she is just enforcing store policy. I asked if warranties I purchase at Best buy are honored only up to the point Best Buy decides to not honor them, and she (flippantly) replied, "That is correct". I decided I would not spend my money at Best Buy any longer and returned the additional purchases I made. I paid the additional charge to have my screen protector replaced, and when I was walking out, I asked the cashier for the name of the manager I spoke with. She told me Tonya, and then a voice from down thew aisle yelled 'It's Tonya'. I walked back to look for her, and when we found each other ahe asked, 'I don't know why you have a problem with me, I am just enforcing store policy.' I told her I have a problem with her flippant attitude about the change in policy, and she turned and walked away from me mid sentence. I told her, that is exactly the attitude I have a problem with and sarcastically told her 'thanks for just walking away from me!' I walked out and went to Target and Amazon to purchase the phone accessories and kitchen appliance I needed. Maybe she is not given authority as a store manager to resolve unfair store policies for those that challenge Best Buys unfair practices, she is having a difficult time at this point of her life, or she is just a failure for her position. I would hope this is a one off attitude, and understand. I do not understand how Best Buy can sell a 'no charge' warranty, then change it to a co-pay warranty to existing purchasers. When corporations focus soley on their profits rather than their obligations and reputation, loss of customers and class action law suits are born, both of which are a pain for customers. By the way, I am a real 'money spending' person, not a BOT.
