Brought my dog in for a rattlesnake bite. Staff was extremely helpful and saw us right away despite people in the waiting room. The handled the situation well and professionally. Were very clear and polite about instructions and procedures, even lowered the price of the procedure a bit. Great people.

I'm here right now and have been since around 5am. I was told the doctor would be in in a few minutes. It's 7:30. I missed work and these people are acting like my dog isn't sick. I told them they should knock something off the bill for making me have to weight for several hours with an injured dog when I was told the doctor would be in in a minute. The only thing they care about is money.

Please don’t go to these people they take your money have you with a high bill and the service is terrible. I took my puppy here with a broken paw they sent her home the same way I brought her in sent me home with a high bill and didn’t even try to help wrap my baby paw. I had to take her to the animal shelter to get help. These people have no compassion. I was begging for help and they still sent my any home with a broken paw Take your baby to Lone Tree vet hospital they are affordable and the service is great. If I could give less than one star it would be zero stars these people are about money and that’s it.
