  ⛔️. Stop, Be cautious. My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. There was a lack of honesty, a failure to keep their commitments, and a clear disregard for customer time. Prices are outrageous. If zero stars were possible, I would give that. I recommend shopping around — there are many reputable and fairly priced computer repair shops elsewhere.

  I have always had very good service through the Geek Squad at Best Buy Brentwood/Antioch store. The computer issue involved my year old monitor. Angelica was relentless in her pursuit to discover why it suddenly stopped working and soon had me on my way!
