I am Writing to express that today at 1:00, I went into the store. I wished to buy a Laptop, Something not too pricey but definitely for gaming. I ended up going with a lenovo OLED. (Currently typing on it now. Runs quite well. Never went with Lenovo before.) Anyway The gentlemen at the store were quite talkative and nice. However I couldn't shake the feeling that the atomsphere was... How do i explain it... Lacking in happiness. I understand that Best Buys atomsphere is more Corporate and leaning more towards efficenty and effectiveness. But I think Morale should be the number 1 priority. Anyway, Not a half bad day i suppose. Thanks JoLo and Pc Staff! 4.5/5
I frequent this store when we need electronic items, etc. Today I went in to have my Apple phone cover replaced as it cracked when my phone fell on the street. I was helped by Best Buy employee Omar. He was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. Every time I go into Best Buy the employees are so helpful. Great Best Buy store. A+ for customer service. :)

I'm not happy that I paid for an excellent condition product and drove over an hour to not realize they gave me a good condition product. They can't do anything to fix this and aren't giving me a bigger discount or refund unless I return it fully. But if i do that, what do I get for my gas and time to get this item?

So I went in to purchase some booster packs and I saw a chase hotwheel on the clearance shelf for $6.97. Was super excited and we went to the checkout and what a coincidence, it didn't scan so he "couldn't sell it to us". The other cars from that collection scanned and the previous guy said if the the other cars scan, they're all the same and he was quick to state that he was going to "pull them" off the shelf.....when there are only 5 cars left and on the clearance shelf.....all the rest were sold so now hes going to pull these. Super shady. Then when the manager came and we handed him another car and it scanned....i told him to make a sku from that because theyre the same.....he quickly said they are not the same. Hummmmm im confused. when the car was handed to him, he knew exactly that it was a chase car and took it out of the security box and placed it under the counter. Another kid that worked there was talking to the first guy about it so they all knew. The manager who was probably 23 ish, and he immediately said hes not selling it to us and refused to make a sku to sell it to us. Huuuum....coincidence? I think not. SO hes gonna keep it for himself. Then when I called him on it, he tried to tell me that I was making a big deal out of hotwheels lol hes refusing to sell it to us since its a $200 car.....lol so employees refusing to sell merchandise and he'll call his buddy to come buy it....how convenient. Shady employees working there....its all over Discord that this happens....guess its true. Hey Best buy.....maybe you should watch your cameras to see who stole it and if one of their friends buy it, they should be fired and charged for retail theft. Kinda pathetic if you ask me. Not very ethical.

Extremely frustrated. I waited two weeks for an order that arrived which NOT the exact product name I ordered. When I tried to return it, the store manager refused to help, hiding behind a 'grace period' that expired by just a couple of days—completely ignoring how long it took to ship!
They then claimed zero responsibility because it was a 'third-party seller' on their own website. If you host the product and take the payment, you should own the experience. Terrible service and zero accountability. Avoid this place
