  Sierra at the antelope California location was very very helpful and so sweet , she helped me switch from boost mobile very seamlessly no issues , she was so attentive and she got me the best deal. I loved the experience because she made it nice

  Four months ago, I had an incredibly high level and quality of service with Erica Oberle in another office. A problem that no employee could solve and resolve for months, she solved it in a matter of days due to her great dedication to her work and high qualifications. And I was very sad, because she had moved from that place to another workplace. After a long search, I managed to find her at a workplace quite far away, but that did not stop me from going for an hour or more to find that workplace and again turning to her for her professionalism, confident and sure that all questions and problems would be resolved. She is the best and the most beautiful.

  Very disappointing service.
Visited this Verizon store on Monday morning (1/19). No one greeted us upon arrival. There was only one assistant helping another customer, and we waited over an hour without any acknowledgment or apology. When I politely asked how much longer the wait might be, the assistant said “I don’t know.” After explaining that we had already waited over an hour and had other plans, he replied with clear annoyance that it might be 20 minutes or longer, again without any apology. Poor communication and lack of basic customer service. Additional customer service training is clearly needed.
