This was not my first visit but Ciera was the only rep that took the time to actually hear me out and look into things. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, even though I was initially frustrated and angry. Left with a cheaper bill and a great deal on a new device. Thank you for your help Ciera!. Your patience is rare and appreciated even if no one thanks you for it. Awesome job.
- VVVitaliyDec 18, 20251.0Guys, please stay away from this particular store, they are very nice with you when they offer the service, but totally different when you find a lot of hidden fees after you sign an agreement, and won’t do anything to help you, better go to a Verizon corporate store instead. Al least you will save $39.99 for each phone line store connection fees and $29.99 for each apple watch and ipad line, which corporate stores don’t charge. These fees are additional fees to $40 each line Verizon activation fees, and they don’t explain it to you. This is not a corporate Verizon store, but working as independent company selling Verizon products.
