I was told they could waive my activation fees by calling customer support. I did call, and customer support said I was misinformed and they cannot in fact waive said fees. So in short, the discount they said that would come with the promotion was not true at all. I am out 80 bucks and wasted my time over the phone. Would appreciate it if folks were honest.

They upcharge their phones 13% higher than Verizon website and when questioned about price discrepancies, “don’t know what to say”. Two exact phones were purchased a few hours apart, and costs did not match!! When comparing final price with this store and the deal online we are paying 41% more and cannot return without paying a $50 restocking fee. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Although some may be cold in their approach, Anthony the store manager and Dennis were absolutely phenomenal. They were very patient with language issues, and more than accommodating as we worked our upgrades. They went above and beyond of what could be expected, leaving us with a positive impression of the location and the company as a whole. Seriously, I cannot recommend those reps enough. If you have a chance to get one of them, wait for them. You’ll be happy you did.
