    Very nice people. Front office staff is the best I've ever had to deal with. Had a cat with severe skin issues and they were kind about it. Then had him neutered. Easy in & easy out. Wait time is minimal. Very nice people. Front office staff is the best I've ever had to deal with. Had a cat with severe skin issues and they were kind about it. Then had him neutered. Easy in & easy out. Wait time is minimal. I was sad to switch from the office I had been to since a kid but the up sale everytime I went was too much. I did not feel pressured nor did i have a bunch of add ons here.

    Words can’t describe how much I appreciate the staff here at VCA Gateway. We bring our cat and dog here. We’ve had to board our dog here a couple of times. We’ve also had to bring our cat in several times when she was having constipation issues. Each and every single time we step foot through the door for any reason, every staff member has been friendly and helpful. They truly care about every fur baby and their families. I will always recommend them to others!
