  Walked into the store 7/23/2023. I had a question about, when I had purchased my phone? and to see, if it could be unlocked and one of the guys that worked their told me to call customer service. But Stephanie stepped in to help me out. She chatted with cricket representatives over the app on their computer and was able to help me. Went above and beyond for me, and was able to get my phone unlocked...Best customer service ever. I highly recommend her for any of your service needs. Shout out to Stephanie ♥️♥️

  Stephanie made my day!!! She was busy with another customer when I arrived, although she was able to help me while still keeping good rapport with the customer while on the line with tech support. She was friendly and knowledgeable... I can honestly say that this is the store I'll be visiting from this point forward😎
