    Just an all around bad experience. I was lied to about how my new bill would be and how my upgrades would work. I had to go to a different Verizon store and they helped me out. My account is still messed up so I have to call and fix the issues made by this place. If I knew it was gonna be like this I would had kept my old phone and plan.

    Wonderful place. A truly complete store. I have been to corporate store in grossmont and they are a warehouse . The al pine ca store helps you through true entire process

    Hi, so a wonderful young lady At Verizon with the long Curly black hair Was Extremely patient and very helpful and very respectful. I am describing her like this because I forgot her name, but don’t forget a face. Very professional, but also made me feel at home She let me hijack her phone to talk to Verizon for a couple hours. At least that was very nice and I walked away with a new iPhone air and a 5G home Wi-Fi system. pretty cool I may have to go back to do more business there thank you very much and you’re awesome
