  Incredibly frustrating experience with Best Buy’s customer service and store communication. ​I purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro during the summer sale on August 4th. On August 19th, I noticed a color (porcelain) I preferred was in stock at the St. Albert store. I called customer service first to check if an exchange was possible, and they confirmed it was. ​However, when I went to the St. Albert store, the in-store manager told me I’d have to pay the price difference because the summer sale had ended. ​I called customer service a second time while dealing with this. They agreed to honor the original sale price, but said I had to return my phone first and order the new color over the phone—only to discover that the color was completely sold out online! When I asked customer service to simply contact the St. Albert branch to honor the price for the unit sitting right in front of me, they refused, claiming their systems are separate. ​It makes no sense that phone support and retail stores under the same company cannot coordinate to resolve a simple customer issue. In the end, nothing was done, and I left feeling completely disappointed and frustrated.

  I purchased a power cord for my printer. The staff was friendly and patient in assisting me. I had more than a few questions and they answered all of them. Thank you to Ravzanur and Tamer.

  Very good service today. She helped us find what we needed without an up-sell. Didn't push the extended warrantee too hard.

  Wanted to put 5 but it's going to be a 1 as I bought a new phone and I have to pay 60 for them to help me put the old information from my old phone to my new one and other places are able to do this service for free

  Very disappointing experience with Best Buy. They require you to sign up for a monthly membership just to get an item repaired. Once you sign up, you cannot cancel the membership for a full year, even if you never use the service again. You end up paying monthly fees without receiving any real benefit. On top of that, you still have to pay service fees when you bring in a device for repair. This policy should be explained much more clearly before customers sign up.
