  My son bought a headset 250$ not even 2 months broke and I have warranty and I walked today to help me they refused and she just you can buy a new one seriously so why you pushing me to get warranty if I can’t use it, worst worst service ever actually not buying anything from them anymore

  Not very “techie” for a tech store when it comes to payment options. Customer service was disappointing. Syed, especially as a senior staff member, could use more customer service training. The gentleman with long hair was the only one who was helpful. I ended up going to Walmart instead and bought a TV there same day.

  I wanted to return a video graphics card that I purchased from another Best Buy store. Before driving to this location, I chatted with Best Buy customer service and was clearly told the item was eligible for an in-store return. Once I arrived, the store staff refused to process it, claiming it is a “non-returnable item” and that customer service “doesn’t know how things work in the stores.” This complete lack of coordination between Best Buy’s own customer service and its retail locations is incredibly frustrating and makes the entire return process feel impossible. A company of this size should have consistent policies across channels instead of leaving customers caught in the middle. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

  We always get great service here. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the products they sell us fit what we need them for. They don't oversell either which is great.
