  Experienced the worst customer service customer service experience at this Best Buy location the rap name Dapinder he was clearly uneducated and didn't had any information about the product that he was selling he clearly needs a coaching and a sales training that how to treat to the customer how to talk with them and how to explain things he's really has some ego problems please if you don't want to work here just leave the job that somebody come in and help the community

  Great experience with Hammad while switching mobile providers. They were knowledgeable, patient, and very clear about the plan details, pricing, and transfer process. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I’d recommend them to others. Look for Hammad at best buy.

  I asked for email receipt twice in the beginning of transaction as I was travelling and it’s easy to take care of receipt in email but the cashier still gave a printed receipt and said he already done the transaction. Not a pleasant experience.

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to the outstanding service provided by both the staff Furqan and the manager. They went above and beyond to take extra time with us, patiently explaining all available options and making sure we fully understood the best choices for our needs. What really stood out was how they helped us find discountable offers and made sure we got the best possible deal without feeling rushed or pressured. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such dedicated customer service, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into helping us. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.
