- SSSUKHBIR SINGH2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at Best Buy South Honestly, this has been a very frustrating experience. I bought an iPhone 17 Air from this store, and it stopped working after only one week. When I went back to the store, they told me they didn’t have another iPhone 17 Air available, so I ended up upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro Max. Today, I went back to get the screen protector/glass replaced, and once again, they told me they didn’t have the glass available. If the store isn’t capable of keeping basic accessories and replacement options in stock, then why are they selling products and protection plans in the first place? Customers pay extra for protection because they expect proper support when something goes wrong. I want to make it clear that the employees were very nice, respectful, and polite. My frustration is mainly with the store’s inventory and the lack of proper product support. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this location. A major retailer like Best Buy should have enough stock and proper support for the products they sell. I personally would not recommend buying a phone from this location.

He was professional, friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. Once I got the computer I had Melvin set it up for me. He was very patient and did a great job getting things set up for me. I am able to use it without any issues popping up. Thank you both.
