The associates there were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping you find the right solution. Since it closed, the South Point location just hasn’t lived up to that same experience. It gets the job done, but the difference in service quality is noticeable. What used to feel like thoughtful, personalized help now feels more routine and less engaged. It’s not terrible, just a letdown compared to what we had before.

- TMTom McDApr 21, 20261.0Went in today to price out a Mesh system, new tv(very expensive one) and sound system. Must not have worn nice enough clothes because sales team treated me like absolute garbage, was completely dismissive. too bad for Best buy because visions ended up with an almost $20,000 sale because of it. as a result of how terrible Best buy was and now nice the sales people at Visions were i will also be canceling my geek squad membership and only going to best buy for small purchases. Don't treat customers like garbage because they're not who you would expect at first glance to be purchasing a big ticket item.
