I called tv company for warranty but it was off warranty but I had taken extended warranty from best buy in red deer so contacted the store. Talked to Sen and he said no problem we will exchange it. They are bringing me a like model to my home and setting it up then taking old old one away at no extra cost. Fantastic service and so pleased with Sen and Landon for treating us so special.
