  I had a very unpleasant experience at Best Buy today with an employee named Brandon. My daughter and I were shopping for a TV and simply asked whether there were any additional discounts, promotions, or incentives available. Instead of responding professionally, Brandon rudely told us that if we wanted to buy, we should buy, and if not, we should leave because he would get paid either way. When the TV was brought out, Brandon also rudely told us that it was our responsibility to take it out of the store and that nobody would help us. His attitude throughout the interaction was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions before making a purchase without being treated with disrespect. Regardless of whether we ultimately make a purchase, we deserve courtesy and professionalism. I hope Best Buy takes this feedback seriously and addresses this behaviour.

  Had a great experience at Best Buy! Terri was extremely helpful in finding me the monitor I wanted and even found a similar one with the same specs, discounted it, and price-matched it. I also saved $650 on my gaming PC. Really appreciate her help and great customer service! Highly recommend Terri.

  Excellent customer service by Sales Assosciate Justin. Very accomodating to me and my friend when we have lots of question. Very friendly and doesn't feel intimidated at all. Also, good and clean environment to stroll around while looking for something to buy. Organized as well. Very commendable.

  Tried calling the store to ask about an item and see if they had anything in stock. Couldn't get in touch with anyone other than the automated system that just told me to call the customer care number, that customer care automated system hung up on me because I was having trouble twitch the system. It literally said " it seems like your having trouble with our system, please try again later" then it hung up. I just want to ask a sales rep at the damn store if they carry a certain type of component for my computer. Guess I'll have to build my custom PC with parts from another retailer. Glad the company cares so much about its customers that they dont have a human to answer questions. Absolutely brutal way to run a business.
