  Terrible customer service, bought a new tv and was told it would be delivered today and the geek squad would be here the same day to install and calibrate the tv. Tv showed up, no geek squad. Was brushed off twice by phone. My husband went down to the store and wanted our money back we paid for installation, and once again the so called manager of the geek squad tried again to brush it off. We did get the money back for installation, but terrible service, no accountability. We will never spend another dime in this store.

  Worst experience I've ever had. I came here to buy an IPad awhile back and the employees were unhelpful and frankly rude. It started when I waved an employee down to ask questions about a certain model I was interested in, and was cut off and told, "Only to call her over again if I wanted to buy something". I went to customer service to ask one of the 3 employees there to help me, they ignored me and talked with eachother. I debated on leaving then, but finally asked them to grab the model I was interested in. One scoffed and walked away, the other just stared at me, and the third sighed and told me to go wait at the front till. I did so, happy to finally move this along. While waiting at the till I could see the two employees over at customer service pointing at me, and whispering/laughing with eachother. Finally, 10 minutes later, they bring the IPad over. The employee at the till is very short with me and rude, shrugging when I ask about warranty and other stuff. I try to ask another question, but she cuts me off and tells me I dont make any sense and if I want the IPad then just to buy it and go. I bought it and left. I regret not just walking out with how poor the service was, but I am not a confrontational person and was too nervous to speak up for myself. That being said, this experience still leaves a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning.

  Absolutely not coming back for anything phone related. The s25 came out last year now the s26 is out and now ALL the s25 stuff are off the shelf and pretty much thrown out. Im out here trying to get a phone case or even a screen protector and I can't find nothing for it. I seem nothing but s26 things and no ones even buying them either. Ridiculous.

  Kade at the geek squad helped me with my laptop issues, very informative, funny, and very educated on computer issues. Great guy.

  Had a great experience in store today. Michael helped me with all my questions in relation to computer monitors and my different options. Kind employee, enjoyed the conversation with him. definitely will be back to purchase one he recommended. (Forgot Gift card at home)
