  This place does not know how to set up or sell cell phones. My wife has been trying to get a new phone and switch all of her stuff over for five hours. !!! Highly recommend not coming here to buy a phone.

  I never been to a bestbuy with 0 cashiers before. I literally had to check myself out. And when i mean checkout by myself i dont mean self checkout, i mean i leaned over the counter, scanned my own stuff and used there P.O.S. System to pay, then tried to print my own receipt, but SURPRISE SURPRISE. the PRINTER WAS OUT OF PAPER. So, the 1 star im giving is for me, being employee of the month since im the only cashier there. And the other star is for the dude who i chatted with about Garmin watches. He was cool.

  Horrible experience here. I came in for a new phone yesterday and had to deal with a very rude worker, I explained what type of phone and storage capacity I was looking for and he talked over me when I wasn’t even done talking. Then he proceeded to talk back to me saying if my current phone is 128 GB storage capacity, that the one they have available is double and that’s all I need, when I already told him I was looking for storage capacity of 512 GB. He completely disregarded my request and said “so 256 is exactly double of 128, which is more than what you have now which is enough”. He walked away so I had to track him down again to at least ask what phones they do have available. He proceeded to tell me the phone that he claimed was “available” at the start, wasn’t even in stock. All I received was false information, talking over their potential customer and arguing. Maybe if he asked why I wanted a higher capacity and wasn’t rude right from the start, he would’ve understood my reasoning for needing a new phone with a much higher storage capacity instead of talking over me to the point where I couldn’t finish what I was saying. He looked like he was in his mid 20s and East Indian, I wish I got his name but I just wanted to leave the store immediately and ended up getting a new phone at Staples where I was met with amazing customer service and got the phone I wanted without any workers talking over and arguing with their customer. I will never be back at this location.

  Nice store. The roving sales associates can get annoying. If you are shopping for a future future purchase, you won't get much help. Displays are nice. Best Buy has a large selection of products. Parking is good. Location is good.
