  This is the most underwhelming Best Buy I've ever been into. Very little stock on sale items as well. Should have kept the "Express" moniker, because this is not a real Best Buy.

  Before dealing with the staff located in Fort McMurray Best Buy was going to lose a long term customer The staff was understanding and attentive and made this high value mistake correct. Going forward i will not be using the online shipment method and strictly will be using the in store pick up option. Thank you to the staff.

  I went in to purchase an Apple Watch as a present for my husband. I received great customer service from one of the attendants (I didn’t catch their name). Unfortunately, my experience was affected by a strong body odour from two other staff members potentially from India. In a customer-facing role, basic hygiene really matters and can impact the overall experience. I hope management addresses this, as the store otherwise has a lot of potential.
