  I’ve been shopping at this Best Buy for years and have always had good experiences. My old desktop computer stopped working, so I went there to get a new one. While I was there, I also bought a large TV. The staff were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. They helped me choose what I needed without making me feel rushed. The store is located right next to Entrance 1 of Peter Pond Mall. It was a great shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

  Very disappointing. Can’t call the store and speak to someone directly about an item in stock. So i drive all the way there to purchase an item - There was 4 display boxes of the said item i wanted to buy, when i go up to ask if i can purchase they said it is not in stock. Why have it on display just to not actually have it ?????? Kind workers but that just doesn’t seem logical.

  Shoutout to Gabrielle and Charanjot! Bought a 55-inch TV and these two were absolutely awesome. They were patient, helpful, and brought nothing but good vibes from start to finish. They even helped me get the TV all the way to the entrance at Peter Pond Mall. Customer service like this deserves recognition. You can teach people how to do a job, but you can't teach a great attitude—and these two have it. Thanks for the help and the positive energy. You're exactly the kind of people every company should be hiring!

  This is the most underwhelming Best Buy I've ever been into. Very little stock on sale items as well. Should have kept the "Express" moniker, because this is not a real Best Buy.
