We decided to open a pizza facility with the highest quality ingredients we could find. We succeeded, and not only that, they were found locally. Wilhauk created Pepperoni, Sylvan Star, and Saputo cheeses, all based on a foundation of Highwood Crossing Organic Flour. You cannot get better ingredients.
To secure our idea, we found the best chef out of Italy, to be involved, in the recipe creation. The pizza we have created is so delicious, we know once you try it, you will be hooked. For all you gluten-free fans, you are in for a real treat.
Chicago has their pizza, Boston has theirs, and now I can safely say Edmonton has their pizza. Locally owned and operated, It is the Boss.
