Spent over an hour in the store and saw 6 employees chatting with eachother on and off but not approached by anyone when looking at TVs or expensive gaming headsets. Will happily spend our money elsewhere just to not have to deal with the poor customer service at this location.
Worst Experience - Unprofessional Contractors for delivery and Zero AccountabilityI purchased open box Samsung Washer/Dryer from this store, trusting the Best Buy brand, but the experience has been a nightmare.
The third party delivery team arrived for an exchange (as first item dented during delivery processes from store) but refused to install the unit, making up excuses without even checking the new vent kit I purchased from bestbuy: first delivery staff stated that it is short for my place ready.
The most appalling part was the driver’s attitude. When I questioned the service, he literally said, "You don't pay me; you pay Best Buy, and that money goes to the company, not to me." He then lied to The Bestbuy customer service, claiming I was the one refusing the installation. I’ve been caught in the middle of conflicting stories between store management and contractors for days. I even bought an additional warranty and supported the Open Box program for sustainability, but now I deeply regret my decision. If you expect professional delivery and respectful service, stay away from this location until they change their delivery partners.
I had such a great experience at Best Buy that I felt compelled to share it.
Jasleen, the sales associate who helped me, was outstanding from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a new TV—asking thoughtful questions about my space, usage, and budget—and then walked me through the options without any pressure. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she explained everything in a way that made it easy to compare features and feel confident in my decision.
What stood out most was her patience and honesty. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale—she genuinely wanted to make sure I got the right TV for my needs.
Mo, the manager, also made a strong impression. He was approachable, professional, and clearly supportive of his team. You could tell there’s a positive culture in that store, which made the whole experience even better. He checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and ensured I left completely satisfied.
Overall, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks to Jasleen and Mo, buying a new TV felt easy, informed, and actually enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

I had a disappointing experience at Best Buy due to poor customer service and lack of coordination.
After completing my purchase, I was walking out of the store when the security guard loudly called out from behind, “Checkouts that way.” This was both unnecessary and embarrassing, especially since my items had already been paid for. There appears to be a lack of communication between staff handling online or completed purchases and security, which should be addressed to avoid such situations.
Additionally, I asked a sales representative for assistance in determining whether a 40 mm or 44 mm Apple Watch would be the right size for me. Instead of providing proper guidance, I was told to simply purchase one, try it, and return it if it didn’t fit. This approach is inconvenient and wastes the customer’s time. If try-on units are unavailable, the store should at least provide sample bands or sizing guides so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
Overall, there is a clear need for improved customer service training, better in-store resources for product selection, and stronger internal communication among staff. Experiences like this make the shopping process frustrating rather than helpful.
Their open box supply is alot better than you'd expect, I got assisted from Jordan who was the best help and showed me their in-house supply and got me an exchange for a way better monitor than I even had. I'd highly recommend people to talk to their employees and get their help with anything you'd need it's worth it.
