  Bestbuy geek squad negative stars. Taken 2 computers in for service. Was told on the 24th. 1-2 for standard service but could be upto 5. Contacted service department on day 5 to informed it could 7 days. Computers were serviced on day 5 and told ready for pickup on the 30th after 4pm. Arrived after 4pm on the 30th told computers from main were not delivered yet. So I waited 1 hour went by. After 2 hours I was informed that system were not here and would have to wait another day or delivery to an address. Informed that these options were unacceptable. Did ask for hard copy of a code which was not provided. Bestbuy did one thing after made sure the systems were here at 7:30pm. Guess customer time means nothing if the bill has been paid and promises broken. Only took 3.5 hours to get a pickup. Value and loyalty mean very little when business can not meet expectations. As of today systems are functional but still has the existing service issues. That has not been resolved to my satisfaction. Services fall through the cracks and customer get very minimal support.

  Went to buy a dishwasher from the Outlet part of store. Not a single salesperson available after waiting for 10 minutes. Went to check out desks for help and the claimed someone would be along shortly. Spent another 5+ minutes waiting. Check out person asks if I have been helped to which I said no. Finally after waiting for nearly 20 minutes+ someone comes along. I knew that they charged $200 for installation and something like $50 to hallway the old dishwasher but apparently they will charge $130 to unhook the old dishwasher. I said BLEEP that and walked out.
