  What a great branch! I bought a pair of wireless earphones that lasted about a month, and they still helped exchange a defective product even if it was a few days past the usual policy. Management was very understanding and helped me to the best of their abilities verifying my product and purchase information. I hope the store keeps up this dedication to a wonderful service that goes above and beyond. Thank you again!

  I got a new iPhone today and the experience was extremely fast and easy. The worker Piyush explained the whole process thoroughly and we were able to get it all set up in no time. I really appreciated Piyush‘s help today. I will definitely be back next time I need a new phone. Excellent customer experience.

  I brought my client, who has autism to this Best Buy today. He is a regular at a couple of Best Buys in town. He is an enthusiastic and passionate guy who loves electronics and the latest technology and gadgets. Each time he comes in, he will ask the same questions as the last time. AK, and Jay are familiar with him, as are the other staff there. I was so impressed with both of them, but particularly Jay. He interacted, engaged and connected so well with him - better than I do! He was patient, friendly and firm. He knew exactly how to handle him. Big thank you and praise to Jay for his outstanding service and natural ability and skills to communicate effectively with this special needs customer. You know we’ll be back! Thank you.

  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to the staff who assisted us her name is Yasmin She's very accommodating, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions and successfully resolved everything we needed. Because of her excellent help, I was able to get my new phone without any issues. Her customer service was outstanding and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Employees like this deserve recognition for her hard work and dedication. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like her on the team definitely deserve a salary raise! Also, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and approachable.
