  What a waste of time. Went into the store to inquire about an Xbox series X. Was told they don't have anything in stock, and that it can't be ordered. I was then told by two staff members that the west end location has the special edition in stock. One employee told me they had one, and the other said five....I then asked if they could call and check the stock, but apparently they can't phone them? Okay sure. So I drove half way across town only to be told they haven't had any series X in stock for a month. So what were they looking at? How was any of this helpful? A morning wasted for nothing. No wonder people don't ship in store anymore. Useless.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Best Buy on 137 Ave! We purchased security cameras, and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain the different options and helped us choose the right security camera system for our needs. The whole purchasing process was easy and straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend the Best Buy 137 Ave location for security cameras, electronics, and great customer service. We’ll definitely shop here again!

  Dropped off pc for a fan swap, told 1-2 days wait, day 3 I call and am told ill get a call the next day. Day 4 no call and the store closes so I cant retrieve it. A fan replacement now has had my pc inaccessible for 5 days. I only dropped the thing off so it could get fixed while im at work but im now regretting the decision as im not waiting longer and am just going to replace it myself on my days off (which was what I was trying to avoid the whole time.) Just overall disappointing as a choice I made to save time is now causing more grief than is worth. I understand its not the employees faults they cannot get to it. They are busy, and overworked, but if I had just been told honestly "we think its going to take awhile for us to get to it" I would have picked it up on day 3 and made the fix myself.

  Tried to call to ask about product availability. - A.i. chatbot asked me to say why I'm calling... - Put me on hold for 2 minutes... - Then after 2mins the a.i. voice came back, asked me: "Was your issue was resolved in this interaction?" ... What interaction? I told it "no" - then it hung up on me. 😮‍💨 I just want to give you guys money... 😭 *In-store, everyone is very nice and helpful though! 🙏 They may just need to work out the kinks with their calling systems.
