I expected to pay 45 bucks a month, and instead got saddled with a 65$ a month plan, and thats with the -10$ monthly via autopay. Unacceptable business practice. Although it came with a 300$ gift card...everything at Best Buy is way overpriced anyway. I've been stuck with this overpriced Samsung Galaxy 24FE phone for years now, and the screen glitches. The middle part isn't as sensitive as the edges of the screen, great. Stupid new cellphones come with a c jack for headphones too, so had to buy new headphones and such. That wasn't disclosed to me when purchasing. Customer service is usually pretty good here, but I'm pissed and feel deceived.
