  Stopped at the Best Buy West Point location looking for an Insta360 cam for my bike. Asked some young kid where they were, he walked over and pointed to them, then walked away to continue chatting with his coworker and playing on his phone. Located a “Manager” and explained it to him, he didn’t really seem to care. I use to shop at this location all the time and it use to be great, not anymore. Spend your money elsewhere, I know I will be.

  Big store and the staff are on u fast which is good if u need a quick in and out,prices are comparable to box stores.

  had an excellent experience with the team. Hira was very knowledgeable, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. Jugaad also assisted me in getting the Meta Ray-Ban glasses and made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this Best Buy for their great service and professional staff.

  Update: I followed the instruction of Best Buy in my response here to contact customer service. It was really difficult to get a hold of someone through the link they provided. The chat, was just a bot and wouldn't let me speak with anyone. On the phone was with a bot, and it was just sending me in a loop. It may have been more helpful if the customer service rep who responded left additional instructions of how to reach who I am supposed to speak too. My issue is still not resolved after the phone call. I have to take another step to review my case. Had a poor experience with Geek Squad. Had purchased a protection plan for a Chromebook. Mouse track stopped working properly and the spring on the button was loose. They took the laptop for a week. Said they would order the parts and replace it. They did not. They said they used it and worked. I told them the Chromebook is used everyday for school and the button clearly has something wrong because it's bent in. They told me it's cosmetic and I need to bring evidence that the button doesn't work periodically. Unhappy as the plan says they would fix or replace the Chromebook. My next Chromebook purchase will probably Costco with their protection plan.
