  If you get Albert as your customer service representative, don't even bother. He knows nothing about how to treat a customer. Rude, condesending and extremely unhelpful. Thinks he's a know it all. Best Buy, you should really vet your staff. This guy was horrible. I will find other stores in which to spend my money, if this is the way you treat customer. Shame on you Albert! Shame on you Best Buy! I would give zero stars if I could.

  We had an exceptional experience with our sales rep Umbra at the west end Best Buy. Umbra greeted us, respectfully and patiently attended to our needs and answered our questions in a manner that allowed us the space and time to make our decision. We purchased a range and dishwasher (two large ticket items) and found Umbra very helpful and not at all pushy or aggressive. Kudos and thanks to Umbra for making our buying experience such a positive one. We highly encourage others to seek out Umbra if you are looking for a pleasant and non aggressive sales experience…which seems to be such a rarity these days. 😊

  One of the best Best Buy locations I’ve visited. This store is huge—easily one of the largest in terms of floor space—and it really shows in their selection. They have an impressive number of items on display, which makes it easy to compare products in person before buying. The layout is clean and well-organized, and you can find everything from the latest gadgets to home electronics without feeling cramped. Staff are approachable and helpful when needed, but you can also browse comfortably on your own. If you’re looking for a go-to spot for electronics with plenty of options and a great in-store experience, this Best Buy is definitely worth visiting. I came here to try the product first before buying. I ended up buying a new keyboard for my PC, they were on sale during my visit. Return policy is at par straight forward and easy to deal with.
