  Terrible customer service. I came in to get a new phone, already knowing exactly how much my trade-in would be worth. After giving the representative all of my information, I was told to wait in their queue. However, someone else was allowed to cut in front of me just because they were buying a phone 'outright'—even though I was also buying a phone outright.Twenty-five minutes later, I was asked to follow another employee to a different table for help, where I was asked all over again which phone I wanted. After providing the information a second time, I was finally told that the phone was not even in stock. I had even mentioned to one of the sales representatives that my trade-in was time-sensitive because data transfers take a while. When the employee told me it was out of stock, I just said 'okay,' and she replied with a dismissive 'yep'—and that was it. I waited over 25 minutes just to be told they didn't even have the phone. This was all before the fact that I had already told them exactly which phone I wanted to get. Very disappointing.

  I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 from this Best Buy, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was initially told the phone would arrive in 2 days, but after waiting over a week, I never received any update or call. Trying to contact the store was just as frustrating because the store phone number only redirects you to customer service, making it nearly impossible to speak with someone at the location. The associate who helped me, Bhavneet, seemed unsure of the process and wasn't able to provide clear information or follow up on my order. To make matters worse, when I came into the store at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 15, there was no one at the customer service desk. This experience showed a lack of communication and respect for customers' time. Based on my experience, I would avoid this store and shop elsewhere. 👎

  I was there this afternoon. Ready to buy 2 products. One was an Apple Watch. I picked one out and stood there for 27 mins. Not one person would offer to help. I was standing next to a couple trying to track down someone to help them too. A few employees walked by and did not even give eye contact or ask if we needed anything. I was short on time so I had to move on. I picked up a cell phone holder and went to the check out. At all the counters not one person was there. The guy working at the door looked over at me and still nothing. I waited just over 5 mins. Through my hands up and walked out. I just left my item on the counter. It’s probably still sitting there. I will order online from a different store. What a waste of time and fuel that was. This is a big profitable store where they can get away with this. One day it will catch up to them. For now I will not be supporting this Best Buy.

  I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a laptop, monitors and some other items. As soon as we entered laptop section, Simran approached us and kindly offered her assistance. Simran was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose latest HP laptop that best suited my needs. She was energetic, polite, professional and provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all information I needed and made whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Simran, for your outstanding assistance. Best Buy is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused team member. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience shopping at Best Buy, and I especially want to thank Jatinder and Brooklyn for making my purchase so special. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. Their customer service was excellent, and their assistance really made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like Jatinder and Brooklyn are a great representation of Best Buy.
