- MLMorris “Canadian Bacon” LeeJun 25, 20261.0Staff are not properly trained on preorder procedure. Was told can only preorder online and can be picked up on release date for the Google Home Speaker. Turns out on the day of release, this gets shipped to the store separately and not a reservation of the store stock. Have to come back another day when its shipped here, preorder lands you waiting longer, thanks guys for the extra trips and time wasted. Pointless, why have staff, just do online store if you dont want to bother training them. Gone are the days of educated and passionate tech enthusiasts working at these places.

I just sent my laptop in for a repair, and Geek Squad or Best Buy did not call me to pick it up when it was at the store for 11 days, due to their "workflow." So your staff can't walk over to a telephone and dial 10 digits just to say "it's ready for pickup?" while all of the workers are on their phones not being serious with their job. How am I to know it's ready for pickup? Disappointed with their services.

I asked nicely, politely and dont cause any scene. Saw four people free and standing around but didnt helped me once. They attended later which I can understand its busy but they dont even know where the product is and said "oh, just look on that side" which was not there. Online it shows its available for pickup so idk. At least could have said its not avaliable.
