  I visited this location on a Sunday around noon for a scheduled service appointment to have my damaged AirPods Pro 2 diagnosed and exchanged. While the technical support itself was excellent, the front-of-house coordination and wait times completely defeated the purpose of booking a specific time slot. After entering the store, I stood around for over 20 minutes without a single staff member approaching or greeting me. A minute or two past my actual appointment time, I finally flagged down an agent. They mentioned they "saw me" and were coming to check on me next, then directed me to sit at a table near the back of the store. I then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before a technician actually arrived to help me. I understand Sundays at WEM are incredibly busy, but a 25+ minute delay for a locked-in appointment is disappointing. The Actual Service: Once I was finally paired with a technician, the experience turned around completely. The tech was very friendly, and the diagnostic process was quick and seamless. Because I have AppleCare, the exchange process was painless. I just paid the standard deductible for a new pair and was on my way. Overall, it was an okay experience once someone was actually helping me. The back-end service is solid and efficient, but the front-of-house check-in process needs serious work. If you book an appointment, be prepared to wait well past your time anyway.

  i spent my childhood here lol. my parent's owned a store at the mall, so i would go to this store and just watch tv shows or movies on the devices for HOURS ON END. no one cared too lol. only was kicked out twice in the every sunday i went there. perks of being 12. if i did this at 25 (my current age), id be kicked out within few seconds crazy how something as mundane as an apple store can have such a huge impact on someone's nostalgia/childhood

  I had a positive experience at the Apple Store in West Edmonton Mall. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and once I was helped, everything moved quickly. The technician explained things clearly and made sure I understood my options before proceeding, which I really appreciated.The store itself is bright, clean, and well organized, and they have plenty of demo devices to try out. It definitely feels like a proper flagship location.The only downside is the wait time. Even with an appointment, it took longer than expected to be seen, and the store gets extremely busy, especially on weekends. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but something to keep in mind.

  They made me wait 3 hours, then told me they couldn't fix my phone because it's too late. But somehow, during the entire 3 hours I was waiting, no one mentioned that, even in the last 30 minutes. I'm not sure how that even makes sense, but these guys managed.

  I am very impressed with service provided by Chris. He showed up on time for the in-store appointment. Throughout the meeting he proved to be very knowledgeable, professional and quickly helped me with the inquiry I had. Thank you so much, Chris!
