Absolutely horrible experience with the technician and the staff. Firstly, they are always busy and horrible time management. I went for an assessment for my macbook and they told me they cleaned the water from my macbook, however, I went to a another technician (not from APPLE) who stated that they did not clean it at all. Apparently they follow a pathways for any defects on your computer and they will investigate the first issue they find wrong with the computer. They are not thorough and in fact have very lazy in the work they do. I would not trust them with my products again.

Absolutely terrible. It took 3 hours to complete a purchase I could have made online in 10 minutes. Just constantly waiting around for staff to help. I went on a Monday, I can’t even imagine what it’s like on a weekend

I had a very disappointing experience with Yumika and her manager, Uchey. Both of them were rude and unhelpful throughout our interaction. Instead of trying to understand or resolve my issue, they kept making excuses and suggested that the problem was caused by me. My iPhone 17 Pro Max is only 10 months old, and the color has significantly faded and almost completely worn off. This is a brand-new phone that cost me over $2,000. I simply asked them to have the device evaluated or speak with someone who could help resolve the issue, but they made no effort to assist me. I have been an iPhone customer for almost 16 years and have never experienced a problem like this with any of my previous devices. Rather than looking for a solution, they seemed more interested in arguing and placing the blame on me. Yumika was blunt and dismissive, and when she involved her manager, Uchey, I expected the situation to improve. Unfortunately, her manager was just as arrogant and unhelpful. I tried to have a respectful conversation and understand their position, but instead I was told that we were making the situation worse. As a customer, I believe Apple should at least evaluate a device that is less than a year old and make a genuine effort to address the concern. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help was extremely disappointing. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Apple Support. After being a loyal Apple customer for nearly 16 years, I expected much better treatment and support.

After an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience trying to resolve an issue with my iPhone, I felt compelled to leave a review for Nikki at the Apple Store in Southgate Centre. My iPhone was incorrectly showing that it was carrier SIM locked, and after spending countless hours trying to get help through multiple Rogers support channels, visiting different stores, and speaking with several technical support representatives, I still had no clear answers or solution. To make matters even more stressful, I have an emergency flight coming up on Monday, so I was under a lot of pressure to get my phone working before I leave. I was eventually directed to the Apple Store, and that's where Nikki completely turned my day around. From the moment she started helping me, she was patient, compassionate, and genuinely listened to everything I had been through. She acknowledged how frustrating the situation had been and took the time to explain Apple's side of the issue in a way that was easy to understand. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt like she truly cared about helping me find a solution. Nikki was incredibly thorough throughout the entire troubleshooting process. She carefully examined my phone, walked me through each step, and ultimately determined that reinstalling the iPhone's software was necessary. After all the frustration and dead ends I had experienced, that finally resolved the issue. As an added bonus, she also helped optimize my phone, and I ended up with even more available storage for my upcoming trip (something I wasn't expecting but greatly appreciated). What stood out to me most wasn't just that Nikki fixed my phone, it was the way she treated me throughout the entire experience. After a very long and exhausting day, her kindness, empathy, professionalism, and patience made all the difference. She never made me feel like I was just another customer, and I left feeling heard, respected, and relieved. I also want to add something from a customer's perspective. We often expect excellent service, but it's just as important for us to treat the people helping us with patience and kindness. These employees deal with difficult situations every day, and a little compassion goes a long way. My experience with Nikki reminded me that when we approach each other with respect and understanding, it creates a much better experience for everyone. Thank you, Nikki, for your patience, expertise, and genuine care. You turned one of the most stressful days I've had in a long time into a positive experience. Apple is fortunate to have someone like you on its team, and I hope your hard work and dedication are recognized.
