  Came in 15 minutes early for appointment. Told to come back. Came back and stood around for 7 minutes. Leaving. Will just do express replacement for the exact same $49 cost Big shout out to the group of 3 Apple employees that scattered when I walked up to ask for help

  Avoid this store if you value your time. Went to get my battery replaced and heard so many excuses and just ended up wasting my time here and not getting anything done

  Last Sunday, I came to the Apple Store to purchase a new iPhone 17 Pro and trade in my iPhone 15 Pro. During the setup process, one of the employees advised me to purchase additional iCloud storage to speed up the transfer of my data and photos. I followed all instructions exactly as provided. I spent about 2 hours updating and backing up my phone to iCloud. After that, I was told that the transfer was completed. Then another employee transferred the data from my old phone to the new one. Before my old phone was erased, I specifically asked whether all of my information and photos had been successfully transferred. I was clearly told yes, and that some items might continue downloading over the next few days. Three days later, I discovered that almost all of my photos for last 2 years were gone. These were not just random files. They were two years of my life — photos of my daughter’s birthdays, Christmas memories, family moments, vacations, and irreplaceable personal memories. None of these photos were transferred to iCloud, and my old phone had already been erased and traded in based on the reassurance given by your employees. I trusted Apple staff and relied on their confirmation that everything had been transferred successfully. At no point was I warned that my photos might still exist only on the old device or that I should manually verify the entire photo library before the device was erased. I understand technology can fail, but I am extremely disappointed by the lack of responsibility and care during this process. I lost irreplaceable memories because I trusted the guidance and confirmation provided in your store. I would appreciate this situation being formally reviewed and addressed.

  I would like to share feedback regarding a recent visit to the Apple Store at Southgate Centre. About a week ago, I visited the store to purchase a screen protector for my phone. After the purchase, I was informed that I needed to register the product with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. I was unable to complete the registration on my own, so I returned to the store for assistance. Initially, I approached a staff member who informed me that they could not assist with the registration, which was disappointing. However, shortly after, another employee named Roneel approached me and kindly offered help. He was very polite, patient, and professional throughout the interaction. He took the time to understand the issue and successfully completed the registration for me. I truly appreciate Roneel’s excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist.
