  Purchased phone for granddaughter after hers had an argument with the pavement. Selected phone online and sourced it in 3 closer locations. Chose location and purchased phone for collection in store. Shop opens at 10am. Notification that phone ready for collection received at 10.04am, with clear info on what was required at pick up. Details and ID shown to Sales Assistant. Left the store a couple of minutes later with purchase. Simple process, easy ordering and speedy settlement. Good price. If you know what you want it is the only way to buy a phone.

  My dad had an issue with the phone as it was glitching other places requested we get a screen replacement with 300 dollar fee. Whereas Evan at this best buy location in southcentre was extremely helpful and solved our issue instantly and professionally. I would definitely reccomend him to deal with!!.

  My daughter told me to go to Best Buy I should have listened along time ago. A very nice girl helped me out. Answered all my technical questions and set my phone up. You will never get service this good. Her name was Kirsty. I hope I got that right . Ask for her.

  I bought a phone online on the Best Bay platform. There's no information, and the phone never arrived. The chat is handled by a robot, who asks questions but doesn't make any decisions. I lost over $1,200 and am looking for a way to get my money back. I don't recommend buying from Best Bay platform ; they don't monitor sellers. Any dishonest seller can scam you, and you'll be sent to deal with an AI.
