  Himalay and Nishant at Best Buy were both excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free without any pressure. Really appreciated their professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend them!

  Nishant helped me save around $40 a month on my phone and TV. He also helped me get about $100 worth of computer products for free. The whole process took about 10 minutes and he even ported my old phone number. Great shopping experience, and I wasn't even planning on getting a new plan today.

  I'd be unfair if I didn't say something about my relatively recent experiences shopping at what used to be formerly: The Best, Buy. In 2023, 2024, and 2025 I placed at least four visits to best buy which resulted in four purchases, thanks to what was formerly known as an excellent, if not The Best purchasing experiences, customer service and delivery, and The Best Buys resulting in taking home The Best: HP Chromebook, HP laptop, computer mouse, as well as an excellent earbud in the market at the time. As I recall, I recieved excellent customer service and delivery by encountering at least three staff members, at this Best Buy Express branch, who sincerely went far and beyond by: making their best recommendation to help me get my earbud, reducing the price of a computer mouse upon my request by calling the store manager, and by walking The Extra Mile to spend nearly an hour on the phone with a non-express best buy branch manager in order to set me up with my Chromebook factory warranty and getting services of yet another Geek Squad of another best buy branch in motion before I took my Chromebook for service. I can't say the same about Best Buy's management in dealing with their third party Google review monitoring services, nor best buys third party online sales, and not even Best Buys very own online electronic service sales such as my doubley purchases of a Microsoft Office as well as a McAfee protection plan which formerly resulted into an overcharge and cost to my very own pocket, services that I had not realized would come automatically free with my laptop purchase from Best Buy. I have experienced the very dark face of Best Buy's product and service delivery in my most recent purchase in 2026 from two other branches in the city, utterly unrelated to my experiences at this Best Buy Express in years prior. Thank yous are all in order to the wonderful staffembers whom knowing little about their clients go the extra mile and follow what used to be Best Buy's excellent customer service delivery protocol in place in former years and decades in their attempt to client experiences quite unique. Those services has indeed stood out so tall for me to recall and to come back after years to reflect my honest and sincere opinion and long lasting former impression of Best Buy as a conglomerate abroad from Best Buy's home country here in Canada.
