  Great experience at Best Buy Express. Himalay was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different phone plans so I could choose the one that suited me best. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Thanks, Himalay!

  I went to the bestbuy at Chinook and they were all out of stock of the headphones I wanted so I came here instead and the Skullcandy Crushers were on sale.

  Today we went to this Best Buy Express intending to purchase two iPhone 17 Pro devices. When we entered, the manager was on the phone and completely ignored us. I had to ask an employee for assistance, and he approached us with a very poor attitude. When I asked about the iPhone pricing, he immediately asked to see my Canadian ID. I am Mexican, and I felt I was being judged based on my appearance. When I questioned why that was necessary, the interaction became even more uncomfortable. I also asked about replacing the screen protector on my phone, which is included in the protection plan I pay for. I showed my purchase receipt and explained that they could verify everything through my phone number in their system. I was told that this Best Buy Express does not handle those replacements. The employee then implied that I did not appear to be in a position to purchase two phones. I explained that I had previously purchased two phones for my wife and myself at the Revelstoke location, but the attitude remained rude and dismissive. At that point, I decided to leave the store. As I was leaving, the manager and two other employees suddenly followed behind me and threatened to call security. Seriously? They refused to help, refused to sell, treated me disrespectfully, and then acted as though I was the problem. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and poorly informed. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior of the employees
