  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Buy Calgary, Alberta. Two years ago, I purchased a phone from this store and clearly discussed the contract details with an employee named Altaf. We specifically agreed that I would be keeping the phone after completing the payments, even though it would cost approximately $120 per month. The employee confirmed this agreement and showed us the paperwork. However, after leaving and returning with another set of papers, he had us sign documents without properly explaining that the terms had changed. We trusted the information we were originally given and did not expect that the contract would suddenly state that the phone had to be returned or that we would later be charged an additional $774. Now, years later, I am being told something completely different from what was promised at the time of purchase. I have called multiple times, visited the store in person, and repeatedly tried to speak with a manager, but every time I am told the manager is unavailable. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Customers should not have to deal with hidden changes, unclear contracts, or employees who fail to explain important financial details properly. I trusted Best Buy, and this experience has destroyed that trust. I expect someone from management to finally take responsibility, review this situation properly, and provide a fair solution instead of ignoring loyal customers.

  I had a really great experience at the Best Buy Express in Sunridge Mall. Riya assisted me, and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Really appreciated her customer service,highly recommend!!!

  Had a great experience and wonderful service from Altif. We purchased 2 phones and set everything up, transferred all our phones. I would highly recommend them. We are very happy with our new phones. We also received 2x $240 gift cards to spend at a Best Buy. Very happy with Best Buy Express in Sunridge Mall. 2 new phones, and bought a new sound bar, phone cases, charger and glass protector with the gift cards. Thank you Best Buy Express Sunridge. Two happy customers
