  Completely broken app and website. Useless for in-store pickup. ​I gave Best Buy another chance after staying away for a long time, and within 5 minutes, the entire digital experience completely failed. ​I tried searching for a phone case on both the mobile app and the website, and the platform is riddled with bugs. When trying to set my location for an in-store pickup, I entered a perfectly valid Calgary postal code, but the app glitched out, completely dropped the text, and claimed "no stores within 50km of [blank]." Because it can't process a simple location, it completely locks you out of local inventory and pickup options. ​To make it worse, the product search algorithm is incredibly rigid. If you don't type a hyper-specific keyword phrase, it just drops you into a blank, dead-end "zero results found" page instead of offering smart alternatives or showing what's actually available. ​If you want people to shop at brick-and-mortar locations instead of just ordering from Amazon, your basic e-commerce infrastructure actually needs to work. Incredibly frustrating experience. Absolute lowest of ebbs for retail apps.

  I truly appreciate the helpfulness and effort of the staff here, especially Souvik (pronounced Shavik)! Not only did he give me his full attention in fixing my device, he also took the time to share his extensive knowledge and expertise resulting in a creative resolution of my issue. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be frequenting them for all my technonlogical needs - even if they are small (or especially since they are small!) Thank you so much!!!

  Store is a hole in the wall. Hardrik said the headphones I was looking for could be in the back. Started browsing on his phone for them, kept turning away from me when I was trying to see the selection and argued with me about the brand I was looking for.

  They sold me a smart watch and told me it was a stand alone and it is infact no just a bluetooth only. My mistake in trusting their sales people. I was going to wait to activate it until after my current plan with rogers is up. By the time I found out it was way too late. writing this review like a year later. Pissed off about it, it was literally the only reason I bought a smart watch. Wouldn't recommend this store or best buy in general bunch of staff that just want you in and out.
